SplineTools

SplineTools is a python-based utility designed to parametrically manage the merging of splines. These splines can be joined consecutively or by closest ends. This tool generates a spline parametrically that will connect all the splines. It also has the capability to carve a portion of the resulting spline and shift it along the original curve.
